This Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the Obyava.org website and an individual who searches and disseminates information on this resource.
The site Obyava.org is not a mass media, the Administration of the resource does not edit the posted information and is not responsible for its content.
All objects available through the services of the Obyava.org site, including design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects, as well as any content posted on the site services Obyava.org are objects of the exclusive rights of the Company, Users and other copyright holders.
The user who posted information on the Obyava.org website independently represents and protects his interests arising in connection with the placement of the specified information in relations with third parties.
Using the services of the Obyava.org website means that the User is familiar with this User Agreement, understands and accepts this User Agreement. In accordance with Art. 435, 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "CC RF") this User Agreement is a public offer.
1. Parties to the agreement
The Administration of the Obyava.org website, located on the Obyava.org domain name, hereinafter the Administration, and the individual posting information on this resource, hereinafter the User, have entered into this User Agreement, hereinafter the Agreement, as follows.
2. Subject of the agreement
The Administration grants the User the right to post the following information on the Obyava.org website:
text information;
text information;
audio materials in the format established by the Administration;
video materials in the format established by the Administration;
video materials in the format established by the Administration;
photographic materials in the format established by the Administration;links to materials posted on this information resource or on other information resources.
3. Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right:
- freely search, receive, transfer, produce and distribute information on the Obyava.org website in any legal way;
- comment on the information provided by other Users;
- carry out other actions in compliance with the Rules established by the Administration.
The administration has the right:
- at its own discretion, create, modify, cancel the Terms of Use of the Obyava.org website
- at its own discretion, restrict access to any information posted by the User;
- delete the information posted by the User, the User's account;
- delete the User's comments containing obscene expressions;
- refuse to register an account for a User whose account was previously deleted for violation of the terms of the Agreement.
The user undertakes:
- ensure the accuracy of the information provided;
- when distributing information that the User is not the creator of, ensure that it includes reliable information about the owner of this information or about another person distributing information in the form and volume that is sufficient to identify such a person;
- not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious hatred and enmity, as well as other information, for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided;
- do not distribute advertising information on their own, without the consent of the project administration;
- not disrupt the site's performance by posting information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, using programs that are not determined by the functional content of the information resource, and in other ways.
The user is prohibited from:
- post the same ads from the same email address;
- publish ads similar in content, where it is obvious that we are talking about the same offer;
- duplicate the same ads from different email addresses;
- publish ads in a category that does not correspond to the meaning of the ad;
- post ads with repetitive punctuation and/or non-alphabetic characters in the title;
- publish ads, the description and/or title/photos of which are unrelated, unreadable;
- publish ads offering several goods and services at the same time;
- leave in the ad links to resources that contain malicious elements;
- place an ad about a product or service, if such placement may lead to a violation of applicable law.
The administration undertakes:
not to disclose personalized data of the User, except for the transfer of personalized data of the User to public authorities, in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Other conditions
The User acknowledges and agrees that the information posted by him can be used by search or other automated services and in other ways. The Administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the desires of the User and the actually received services. In the event of a force majeure situation (combat actions, state of emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User, as well as the uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

The User is personally responsible for any Content or other information that he uploads or otherwise makes public (publishes) on the Site or with its help. The User does not have the right to upload, transfer or publish Content on the Site if he does not have the appropriate rights to perform such actions, acquired or transferred to him in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This agreement comes into force from the moment the User submits an announcement on the Obyava.org website and is valid for an indefinite period. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Agreement, the User can be notified of the changes using the technical means of the resource.
