Before publication on the site, each advertisement is reviewed for compliance with Obyava.org rules. Ads that violate the rules may be rejected or blocked.
If an ad is rejected, the user can correct it independently and submit it for re-moderation. If an ad or account is blocked, it is impossible to correct violations independently.
Main reasons for rejection or blocking:
- Posting duplicate ads for the same product or service, regardless of the category
- Early removal and reposting of the same ad before its expiration date
- Creating multiple accounts by one user
- Posting non-sale ads:
- Wanted ads (except in categories where permitted)
- Lost & found items (things, animals, etc.)
- Fundraising (medical treatment, charity)
- Numerous justified complaints from other users
- Prohibited content in the ad (title, text, photos) or username: erotic, pornographic, obscene, extremist, or other content inconsistent with site policy
- Multiple spelling and/or punctuation errors in the text or title
- Keyword stuffing to artificially improve search ranking
- Contact information of any kind in the title, description, photos, or username (phone numbers, website addresses, ICQ, Skype, etc.), except where legally required
- Links to any external websites in the ad or username
- Logos and trademarks of well-known brands in the ad or username
- Excessive use of capital letters, special characters, words like "Urgent" and "Attention" in the title, description, or photos
- Artificially attracting attention through graphic editing of photos (colored frames, etc.), except when the frame is part of a company logo
- Watermarks on photos
- Price mentioned in the title
- False or misleading information in the ad
- Insufficient description of the product or service
- Poor quality photos where the item is difficult to distinguish
- Transcendental services: love spells, fortune telling, witchcraft, magic, alternative medicine, etc.
- Wanted ads in categories not intended for this purpose
- Incorrect category or region, inaccurate ad parameters
- Links to other personal ads on Obyava.org
- Advertising of internet resources: portals, forums, dating sites, etc.
- Dubious money-making schemes, including online (e.g., "Transfer 10 rubles to an e-wallet and earn much more")
- Foreign language or translit in the title and description (writing Russian words with Latin letters)
Important:
- Obyava.org administration has the right to reject or block ads/accounts without explanation
- The Moderation Service reserves the right to edit ad text, correcting errors and incorrect information
- The administration may supplement and update existing rules
